The artist’s painting itself looks like stains, or traces of photography. However, one simple fact about printed images of photography is that it certainly holds a lack of form, or amorphousness with geometric forms and standardized patterns. Organic surfaces with stains and traces allow their life to flow, and the geometric patterns in a net structure assign order to surfaces. In the artist’s painting, disparate genres and techniques, painting, printing and photography, interact and reflect each other to create unique textures.

Nevertheless, although the unique manner of the artist’s painting lacks form or amorphousness, her painting is not completely abstract. She is inspired by natural materials such as flowers, trees, mountains and rocks, as well as extended forms of geometric patterns such as a house, and they are hidden in her painting in a similar manner to a picture puzzle. While they are all typical subjects, because they are depicted in an abstract manner rather than a representative manner, her painting can be seen as a mixture of formless traces or stains.
